A computer scientist-by-trade, Michael is a visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of marketing, product, emerging technologies, and business strategy—having created and captured value with AI, 5G, messaging, fintech, martech, mobile, and even Web 1.0 solutions (at the start of his career during the dot-com boom).

With over 20 years of industry experience—spanning software engineering, product design, product management, and data science—Michael addresses market desirability (or value), product usability, engineering feasibility, and business viability risks, in order to build what customers will love and supported by the business, including the following:

Michael earned his MS in Applied Analytics from Columbia University, MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and BS in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology. He is cloud and AI certified in AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, and also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia—shaping the next generation of AI leaders.
